On the evening of July 25, information from Hanoi City Police said that at 11:58 a.m. on July 25, the Command Information Center - Hanoi City Police received a report that a fire had occurred on the 12th floor of building E1, Nam Thang Long Urban Area (Ciputra), Phu Thuong Ward, Hanoi City.
Immediately after receiving the information, the Command Information Center mobilized Fire Fighting and Rescue Teams of Areas No. 14, No. 2 and No. 8 along with 5 fire trucks to the scene to coordinate with local people and the police at the scene to organize fire fighting and rescue.
As soon as they arrived at the scene, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police quickly coordinated with the local fire prevention and fighting forces to deploy wall water hoses, control the fire, and prevent the fire from spreading to neighboring areas.




After about 20 minutes, the fire was completely extinguished, and evacuation instructions were organized for 45 residents and 2 people affected by smoke were rescued safely. Currently, both victims are in stable health.
After verification, the fire broke out in the storage area of household items, with a fire area of about 2 square meters.
At the time of the fire, the building's automatic fire alarm and fighting system was operating effectively. The local fire fighting force promptly deployed initial firefighting and coordinated to support people to escape.
The fire did not cause any human casualties, property damage is being counted. The cause of the fire and the classification of the incident are being investigated and clarified by the authorities.
