By 2019, I was reunited with my older sisters. At that time, I was weighed down by psychological pressure. I always encourage myself to constantly strive to have better expertise. I'm still young, so I have to try really hard.
At first, when I missed a shot, I was encouraged by the sisters to try again with another shot. Everyone always helps young people like me not to be mentally ill. Now I can compete regularly so I don't have much pressure anymore."
Although born in 2001, Kieu Trinh is a face who has played very well and shines brightly in the shirt of the Vietnamese women's volleyball team in 2023. The female athlete of the Information Army team is a "score machine". of the team led by coach Nguyen Tuan Kiet, ranked only behind Thanh Thuy.
However, after the 2023 national championship, since rejoining the Vietnamese women's volleyball team (late November), Kieu Trinh has been injured and cannot participate in friendly matches.
In 2024, she will still participate with the team in tournaments, but her frequency of appearances is not high and her scoring performance is no longer high. This is part of the impact of trauma. However, every time she is given the opportunity to play, Kieu Trinh always performs very well.
In the quarterfinals of the FIVB Challenger Cup 2024, when the Vietnam team met the Philippines team, because she had not completely recovered from her shoulder injury, Kieu Trinh only played in set 2. However, she still scored 8 points from delicate handling at the net. in position 2 combined with short, fast lunges in position 3.
Moreover, Kieu Trinh also has many first-step catches and standard defense when playing in the back row. Kieu Trinh's comprehensiveness is an important reason why she is always considered a key factor in coach Nguyen Tuan Kiet's plan.
