The Tay Ninh swimming team currently has 5 gold medals through the events they have competed in, and all 5 championships are from the competition results of Vo Thi My Tien.
On the 4th competition day of the tournament, Vo Thi My Tien continued to win another gold medal in the women's 400m individual medley event. She excellently finished first with a time of 4 minutes 46 seconds 65 to stand on the highest podium to receive the gold medal. In the event, athlete Le Thi Thuy Trang finished second with a result of 4 minutes 50 seconds 75.
A day earlier, Vo Thi My Tien won gold medals in the 100m breaststroke event (achievement: 1 minute 08 seconds 75) and 400m freestyle (4 minutes 10 seconds 11). She also won the women's 100m individual medley, women's 800m freestyle.
Currently, the Tay Ninh swimming team is temporarily ranked 3rd at the tournament with 5 gold medals, 2 silver medals. The Ho Chi Minh City team is temporarily leading with 13 gold medals, 10 silver medals and 11 bronze medals, while the Army team is in second place (5 gold medals, 11 silver medals, 6 bronze medals). The tournament is still competing until April 5.
Vo Thi My Tien is still a key athlete of the Vietnamese swimming team.
After the tournament in Hue city, the players will be trained in China from April 6.
The coaching staff of the Vietnamese swimming team will prepare professionally for her and some athletes to participate in the 2026 Asian Beach Games held in China from April 22 to April 30.
