GS Caltex Club has not been able to improve its position on the rankings of the 2024-2025 Korean National Volleyball Championship. They are currently at the bottom of the table with 24 points, 6 points behind the team above Pepper Savings Bank.
In the most recent match, Bich Thuy and the GS Caltex team showed impressive efforts to win a dramatic 3-2 victory over defending champion Hyundai E&C Hillstate. In that match, Bich Thuy scored 7 points and achieved an efficiency of 42.9%.
The above victory is certainly an important mental boost for coach Lee Young-taek's team before the match with Daejeon JKJ - the team that beat them with a score of 3-2.
Daejeon JKJ is currently ranked 3rd on the rankings and is rated higher than GS Caltex. Bich Thuy and her teammates must make great efforts to realize the "debt collection" in the first leg.
