The newly completed stadium project is not only a modern sports project but also quickly becomes a community activity point, a place to connect solidarity and passion for the round ball of the people of Cam Khe commune.
The football field is designed with dimensions of 90x50m, the surrounding boundary is 2m wide, using artificial turf. Items such as stands, covered stands, functional rooms serving the stadium, gates, fences... are built synchronously.
The stand area has spacious roofs, fully equipped with seats, helping viewers comfortably watch matches whether it's sunny or rainy. The change in appearance not only contributes to beautifying the central landscape of the commune but also brings pride to local people.
Mr. Hoang Van Co, a resident of Cam Khe commune, shared: "For the young generation, a spacious stadium with full facilities like this is an ideal environment to leave the screens of phones and computers and immerse yourself in healthy physical activities.
The Cam Khe district stadium project, Phu Tho province (now Cam Khe commune) was approved by the old Cam Khe District People's Committee according to Decision No. 210/QD-UBND dated February 7, 2025.
The project has a total investment of 35 billion VND, starting construction from the end of August 2025 after package No. 05 - construction of the project completes contractor selection.
According to Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, Vice Chairman of Cam Khe Commune People's Committee, by the end of July 2026, the commune's stadium project has been completed and handed over for use.
Immediately after completion, the stadium will be a place to regularly organize events and sports activities of the commune as well as meet the sports needs of the people" - Mr. Tuan shared.
This is also an important premise for the locality to strongly develop the movement "All people practice physical exercise following the example of the great Uncle Ho", and at the same time discover and nurture young football talents for the locality in the future.
