Not only boycotting with words, some fans also put the hashtag #ContraCR7, which in Spanish means "opposing CR7". Many fans posted photos of Ronaldo with a red circle and cross-brick on his face. Others posted a photo of Ronaldo in the form of a ball hit by Bayern and Chelsea back on the table.
Atletico president Enrqiue Cerezo has recently ruled out a transfer to Ronaldo due to their fierce confrontation with Los Blancos.
"I don't know who has come up with the story of Cristiano Ronaldo coming to Atletico Madrid. That is certainly not true. In fact, it is impossible to let him go to Atletico Madrid" - Atletico President Enrqiue Cerezo said.
