Returning to the high-level competition, Kim Thoa said that she did not face much pressure because professional athletes were used to this. Last year, Kim Thoa personally was one of the players who played the most densely in matches. In addition to her home team VTV Binh Dien Long An, she also participated in international tournaments with the Vietnam Women's Volleyball Team. Although playing continuously, Vo Thi Kim Thoa still maintained her high form.
Entering the maturity of her career and the maturity of her age, Vo Thi Kim Thoa understands the important role of a top player in the squad. Therefore, in her daily activities, she always ensures the most discipline. The hitter once expressed that it was difficult for her to remember how many tournaments she participated in from the youth level to the national championship, but her love for volleyball will certainly always grow with each season.

She personally has many memories with this tournament. In 2018, Vo Thi Kim Thoa was able to compete abroad for the first time in the official international tournament of the continent when VTV Binh Dien Long An team participated in the Asian Women's Club Cup. At that time, Vo Thi Kim Thoa turned 20 years old and had many surprises on the big playground.
In 2023, the Vietnam Women's Volleyball Team will participate in the Asian Women's Club Cup held in Vietnam. Vo Thi Kim Thoa and her teammates left a strong impression when they won the championship trophy of the tournament.

The Vietnam Women's Volleyball Team will prepare professionally for the 2025 World Championship and the 33rd SEA Games. Vo Thi Kim Thoa said that she is trying to compete at the highest level to be able to join the Vietnam Women's Volleyball Team.
With the 33rd SEA Games, the women's volleyball team received the target of winning the Gold Medal. In April 2025, the coaching staff of the Vietnam Women's Volleyball Team began training.
