Leaders

The story of a V.League club's leadership sharing about the decision to fire a foreign coach is spreading on social media and of course, it has also received many responses, mostly criticism.

firing a coach is not a terrible thing in professional football activities, so people criticize the behavior of a person in a leadership position and the excitement when sharing about his "sage" decision. It is completely possible to question the relationship between this leader and the coach. Because as revealed, the intention to sack him was already there since the Lunar New Year, but the reason for not deciding is that the team is "at the top of the table".

Obviously, being at the top of the V.League rankings but still intending to fire is a story outside of the profession. In addition, "in the depth is love", but waiting patiently for 10 consecutive matches without winning to "adversely" - the word is used, by stopping the contract but not firing. Is 10 wins a real problem?

The comparison is boring, but despite helping Real Madrid win the Champions League, coach Carlo Ancelotti was still fired after the following season with no money.

For the owner of the V.League team, 10 matches without a win (3 losses, 7 draws) have been "not understanding how to be so patient", plus the example of some other teams, people have a better understanding of how difficult it is to make football in Vietnam to truly become a professional.

Somewhere I heard that, the shortest time is from the time the green light comes on until the first whistle appears, the desire to talk about patience in todays era is very luxurious and is really a problem. Is there a problem with the coach? Yes, why can a mid-level team win 3 titles in 2 years? Are the players a problem? If so, why are they still going to talk to the leaders (even though the leaders are considered to be coaches' instigation)?

Leaders need to have factors that create depth - great vision, dare to empower and know how to empower, find solutions, see opportunities in difficulties, challenges...
