The roadshow program will include exhibitions, booths and exchanges with Thai national athletes. To add excitement, today's top artists and bands such as Perses, Bamm, Pepper Plains, Yes Indeed, Monica, Tilly Birds, Earth-Patravee, and indigo will perform in concert as part of the festival in all 4 localities.
Also related to the preparation process for the SEA Games, the Bangkok urban government (BMA) also announced a series of plans, welcoming the city to host the Southeast Asian Games after 40 years.
Accordingly, Bangkok will be refurbished to create a vibrant atmosphere for this Southeast Asian Games, with digital billboards, flags and various media displayed along the main routes and locations.
Mr. Sanon Wangsrangboon, Deputy Governor of Bangkok, said that they will closely coordinate with the Sports Authority of Thailand (SAT) to ensure Bangkok is the best promotional city for the 33rd SEA Games. According to Mr. Sanon, Bangkok has prepared plans to decorate the city to ensure people fully feel the atmosphere of the 33rd SEA Games.
Support will also be expanded to other areas such as SEA Games volunteers, decorating outstanding locations, sports facilities, main roads and promoting the concept of green SEA Games through environmentally friendly initiatives.
Meanwhile, SAT also agreed with the BMA on communication activities for the SEA Games. Both organizations will share information and media to ensure consistent messages on their channels.
BMA has also been asked to support advertising work through digital billboards, flags and media along main routes, hotels, accommodation, competition locations, highlights and mobile broadcasting stations.
Furthermore, the outreach will focus on youth awareness through schools, networks, universities and communities in Bangkok, where the city has a broader scope of SAT.
