On November 30, the Closing Ceremony of the VTV Cup 2025 pickleball tournament took place at US Pickleball Stadium (Hanoi), concluding 3 days of exciting competition.
Previously, from November 28 to 30, the tournament attracted more than 700 domestic and international athletes, competing in 9 amateur and professional events with a total prize value of more than 1 billion VND.
The final day of competition witnessed many high-quality performances. In the professional event, Sophia Phuong Anh - Sophia Huynh Tran Ngoc Nhi won the women's doubles championship; Sophia Huynh Tran Ngoc Nhi - Nguyen Dac Tien won the mixed-women's doubles; while the Harsh Mehta - Vanshik Kapadia duo defeated Ly Hoang Nam - Le Xuan Duc to win the men's doubles event.
Notably, the title of VTV Pickleball Cup 2025 Miss was awarded to female athlete Sophia Phuong Anh.
Also at the closing ceremony, the tournament organizing committee announced the results of the fundraising program to support people in the South Central region affected by storms and floods, collecting 165,000,000 VND from athletes, spectators and units. The entire amount will be transferred to the Tam Long Viet Fund to provide timely support to people in the affected areas.
