Before leaving, coach Nguyen Dinh Hoang finalized the list of 16 athletes to train. After the training session, the list of 14 athletes participating in the 2025 Asian Women's Futsal Championship finals will be finalized. After the night flight, the whole team arrived in Chiba city (Japan) with stable health, excited spirit, ready for the 2 friendly matches here. Coach Nguyen Dinh Hoang said that the temperature here ranges from 14 to 23 degrees, with a temperature difference compared to Ho Chi Minh City, but is similar to the weather in Hohhot (China) - the venue for the 2025 Asian Women's Futsal Championship finals.
Regarding the training trip to Japan, coach Nguyen Dinh Hoang said that the team will play a friendly match with FC Fugador Sumiga Ladies on April 23 and the Japanese women's futsal team on April 25.
"Two friendly matches in this training session are the opportunity for the coach to verify the preparation process of the whole team. We have changes in gameplay and tactics. From these two friendly matches, the coaching committee wants the players to catch up and operate the game when confronted with stronger opponents, play with higher intensity.
At the end of the training trip, the Vietnam women's futsal team will go to Hohhot on May 1, taking advantage of the final friendly match with the Chinese women's futsal team (May 3) before officially participating in the tournament.
