This year, the tournament will compete in events for young champions from July 13 to July 16.
After that, the 2026 Asian Championship competition program takes place from July 17 to July 19.
The Vietnamese jujitsu team participated in many men's and women's events for the youth championship and the championship.

Last year, the Vietnamese jujitsu team won 7 gold medals at the 2025 Asian Championships. In the above achievement, martial artist Dao Hong Son contributed 1 gold medal in the men's 56kg contact event and 1 bronze medal in the men's 56kg fighting event.
In the registration to compete in the 2026 Asian Championship, Vietnamese jujitsu has martial artist Lo Thi Phung.
Lo Thi Phung is specializing in jujitsu, however, she is expected to register to participate in ASIAD 20 in MMA general martial arts.
According to the sharing of the coaching staff of the Vietnamese Jujitsu Team, the contents of the championship system at this year's tournament gathered 355 martial artists from 24 teams in Asia to participate.
Among them, many faces preparing for ASIAD 20 are also expected to come to Kazakhstan to compete.
