Currently, the oil market is experiencing many fluctuations due to global trade tensions and the US tariff policy affecting the world economy.
According to research from BMI (under Fitch), the risk of US tightening sanctions on Venezuela and the possibility of Israel attacking infrastructure in Iran could push oil prices up. However, this trend could be curbed by weak oil consumption demand and increased supply from both OPEC+ and non- OPEC countries.
Saudi Arabia - the leading oil exporter - adjusted crude oil prices for Asia in July down to its lowest level in nearly two months. The decrease was lower than expected, after OPEC+ agreed to increase production by 411,000 barrels/day in July.
