This is the second consecutive deep decline of both exchanges, showing cautious sentiment and profit-taking pressure from investors.
Coffee prices today are under strong downward pressure from both technical factors and market sentiment. The favorable weather in Brazil has increased expectations of stable supply in the coming time, causing speculative funds to continuously withdraw capital.
Meanwhile, in Vietnam, the supply of old crops has run out, transactions are quiet, but domestic prices are still under pressure to decrease with the world. The continuous price decline last week has made farmers and exporting enterprises more reserved in buying and selling activities.
