Along with the North, the price of live pigs today decreased in many localities in the Central region. Thanh Hoa, Nghe An decreased by VND 1,000/kg to VND 64,000/kg. Ha Tinh and Quang Tri decreased by VND 1,000/kg to VND 63,000/kg. Gia Lai is the locality that recorded the lowest level in the country at 62,000 VND/kg. Lam Dong alone is still the highest in the region at 66,000 VND/kg.
In the Southern region, the price of live pigs is still basically maintained at a high level. Ca Mau, Can Tho continue to hold the mark of 67,000 VND/kg, the highest in the country. Localities such as Dong Nai and An Giang decreased by VND 1,000/kg to VND 66,000/kg. Ho Chi Minh City also has a price of 66,000 VND/kg. Vinh Long is the locality with the lowest price in the region at 65,000 VND/kg.
