The remaining provinces range from 54,000 - 57,000 VND/kg. Of which, Thai Nguyen, Bac Ninh, Hanoi, Hai Phong, Phu Tho, Hung Yen are priced at 57,000 VND/kg. Ninh Binh and Tuyen Quang have live pig prices at 56,000 VND/kg. Lai Chau, Dien Bien, Son La have live pig prices at 54,000 VND/kg.
In the Central region, the price of live pigs has increased in many provinces and cities. Of which, the price of live pigs in Ha Tinh increased by 2,000 VND/kg, to 55,000 VND/kg, equal to the price of Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Gia Lai (increased by 1,000 VND/kg), Dak Lak. Quang Tri also has the price of live pigs increased by VND 1,000/kg, to VND 54,000/kg. Lam Dong is the province with the highest price of live pigs in the region at 57,000 VND/kg, followed by Khanh Hoa at 56,000 VND/kg.
In the Southern region, some provinces have increased slightly by 1,000 VND/kg, namely Tay Ninh (up to 58,000 VND/kg), Ho Chi Minh City (up to 57,000 VND/kg), Can Tho (59,000 VND/kg). Can Tho is also the area with the highest price of live pigs in the country.
