Domestic pepper prices: Slight increase
As of 11:15 today (8.), the domestic pepper market remained unchanged in many areas, only increasing slightly in Dak Lak, increasing by an average of 100 VND/kg. Currently, the price ranges from 139,000 - 140,000 VND/kg.

Pepper prices in Dong Nai and Ho Chi Minh City remained unchanged at VND139,000/kg.
Meanwhile, Dak Lak is the only province to increase by VND 500/kg, bringing the price to VND 140,000/kg. On the contrary, Lam Dong province maintains the price at 140,000 VND/kg.
World pepper prices: All "turn around" to increase prices
In the world market, pepper prices suddenly reversed and increased. The Indonesian exchange - one of the most vibrant markets is no exception. Currently, these two items are traded between 7,108 - 9,937 USD/ton (equivalent to 187,438 VND/kg - 260,039 VND/kg), up 0.63% and 0.64%, respectively.
Meanwhile, the Brazilian market is stable, with trading levels remaining at 6,000 USD/ton (about 158,220 VND/kg). Malaysia's black and white stocks remain at 11,750 USD/ton and 8,900 USD/ton.
In the pepper export market of Vietnam, the price of black pepper of 500 g/l and 550 g/l is stable, currently anchored at 6,140 - 6,270 USD/ton. ASTA white pepper prices reached 8,850 USD/ton (equivalent to 233,45 VND/kg).
