Retail gasoline and oil prices today, July 26th, at the Military Petrochemical Joint Stock Company (MIPEC) system continue to be applied according to the new price list effective from 3:00 PM on July 23, 2026. According to the company's announcement, the prices of bio-gasoline and diesel oil have both increased compared to the pre-ajustment level.
According to the latest price list, E10 RON 95-III bio-gasoline is listed by MIPEC at 21, 430 VND/liter in region 1 and 21, 850 VND/liter in region 2.
Meanwhile, E5 RON 92-II bio-gasoline is priced at 20,880 VND/liter in region 1 and 21,290 VND/liter in region 2.
In the oil group, 0.001S level 5 diesel oil is sold at 27, 860 VND/liter in region 1 and 28, 410 VND/liter in region 2. 0.05S level 2 diesel oil is priced at 25, 760 VND/liter and 26, 270 VND/liter respectively.
Compared to the price before the adjustment on July 23, E10 RON 95-III gasoline increased by 880 VND/liter, while E5 RON 92-II gasoline increased by 1,060 VND/liter.
The increase in the oil group is significantly higher. Diesel oil 0.001S level 5 and diesel oil 0.05S level 2 both increased by 2,440 VND/liter.
According to MIPEC, the new price is effective from 3:00 PM on July 23, 2026 until further notice. The price list applies at MIPEC's distribution system in Vietnam.
Thus, on July 26, retail prices at MIPEC have not had new adjustments compared to July 23. Among the announced items, 0.001S diesel oil level 5 has the highest price, reaching 28,410 VND/liter in region 2.
