The Ministry of Industry and Trade has just issued urgent document No. 1582/BCT-TTTN dated March 11, 2026, sent to key traders and gasoline and oil distributors on the management of gasoline and oil business.
Faced with the developments in world finished gasoline and oil prices in recent times and the implementation of gasoline and oil price management according to the market mechanism with state management, the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Finance decided to use the gasoline and oil price stabilization fund:
- Biofuel: 4,000 VND/liter;
- Unleaded gasoline: 4,000 VND/liter;
- Diesel oil: 5,000 VND/liter;
- Kerosene: 4,000 VND/liter;
- Mazut oil: 4,000 VND/kg.
After implementing the provision and spending of the gasoline and oil price stabilization fund for gasoline and oil items as above, from 10:00 PM on March 11, the selling prices of popular consumer gasoline and oil items on the market, the maximum retail prices for gasoline and oil items are applied as follows:
- E5RON92 gasoline: not higher than 22,951 VND/liter, down 3,619 VND/liter compared to the previous operating period.
- RON95-III gasoline: not higher than 25,240 VND/liter, down 3,880 VND/liter compared to the previous operating period.
- Diesel oil 0.05S: not higher than 26,470 VND/liter, down 4,247 VND/liter compared to the previous operating period.
not higher than 24,419 VND/liter, down 7,966 VND/liter compared to the previous operating period.
- 180CST 3.5S mazut oil: not higher than 19,001 VND/kg, down 5,706 VND/kg compared to the previous operating period.
