Accordingly, at Petrolimex, the price of E10 RON95-III gasoline in region 1 is priced at VND 20,070/liter. E10 RON95-III gasoline price in region 2 is priced at VND 20,470/liter.
Previously, on July 24, 2025, Petrolimex announced the pilot sale of E10 gasoline from August 1, 2025 at VND19490/liter (zone 1) and VND19,870/liter (zone 2).

At PVOIL, the price of E10 RON95-III gasoline is priced at VND 20,070/liter. E10 RON95-III gasoline price in the operating session on September 4 decreased by 10 VND/liter compared to the adjustment session on August 28.
Previously, on the first day of the pilot, the retail price of E10 RON95-III gasoline at PVOIL was VND 19,600/liter.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade is soliciting comments on the draft Circular regulating the roadmap for applying the mixing ratio of biofuel with traditional fuels in Vietnam.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade proposes that from January 1, 2026, all gasoline will be processed, combined, and sold for use by motor vehicles using gasoline engines nationwide, which is E10.
From January 1, 2021, all gasoline sold to motor vehicles is E15 gasoline, or biofuel with other mixing ratios regulated by the Minister of Industry and Trade based on the current status of development of motor vehicles, socio-economic development conditions, conditions for production and import of biofuel, biofuel and ensuring energy security.
