Hanoi - Lactacyd Baby Extra Milky baby shower gel product is suspected of being counterfeit on the market.

The Hanoi Department of Health (member of the Hanoi Steering Committee 389) received document No. 2617/QLD-MP from the Department of Drug Administration warning about the circulation of fake Lactacyd Baby extra Milky cosmetics on the market.

This is a shower product for young children, trusted by many parents. However, the appearance of counterfeit goods has caused great concern about the risk of affecting health, especially for children - the most vulnerable group of consumers.

According to information from the Drug Administration of Vietnam, fake products have many different identifying characteristics compared to genuine products, including labels, packaging, production batch codes as well as the quality of the solutions inside. Consumers need to pay close attention to these signs to promptly detect and avoid using fake goods incorrectly.

To promptly prevent it, the Hanoi Department of Health has sent a document to the People's Committees of communes and wards in the area, requesting widespread notification to businesses, cosmetic stores and people.

Units are required to immediately stop trading and using fake Lactacyd Baby Extra Milky cosmetics. At the same time, people should only buy products at legal businesses with clear licenses, absolutely do not use cosmetics of unknown origin.

In addition, the Department of Health also recommends that businesses and people who detect suspicious signs related to the production and trading of counterfeit cosmetics should urgently report to health agencies and authorities for timely handling. The act of trading in counterfeit cosmetics not only violates the law but also directly threatens public health.

To enhance quality control, the Hanoi Center for Drug, Cosmetic and Food Testing is assigned to sample and check cosmetic products in circulation on the market, especially for lines at risk of being counterfeit. The test results will be immediately reported to the Department of Health and competent authorities for timely handling measures.

Faced with this situation, consumers need to be vigilant, not chase cheap prices, always carefully check the origin and label before choosing a product. Protecting the health of yourself and your family also means contributing to preventing the complicated trade of counterfeit cosmetics in the market.
