On May 26, information from Market Management Team No. 14 - Hanoi Market Management Sub-Department said that the unit had just coordinated with Team 6, Economic Police Department - Hanoi City Police to conduct a surprise inspection of law compliance in production and business activities for two establishments in Tu Liem ward (Hanoi).
Accordingly, at the business establishment of Business Household D. Q. P, located at TT3 My Dinh - Me Tri urban area, functional forces discovered 719 footwear and clothing products of all kinds showing signs of counterfeiting trademarks being protected in Vietnam such as Crocs, Nike, Hermes, Asics, Dior, Gucci, Stussy, Moncler, Burberry and Thom Browne.
According to functional agencies, the above goods have a total listed value of about 222.22 million VND. All goods showing signs of violation have been temporarily seized for further verification and handling according to regulations.
Notably, previously on May 8, 2026, Market Management Team No. 14 also inspected this business household at TT4 My Dinh - Me Tri urban area. Through inspection, functional forces determined that the establishment did not list goods prices according to regulations and is trading in 530 fashion products of all kinds showing signs of counterfeiting the brands Hermes, Louis Vuitton, Celine, Nike, Crocs, G Fore, Gucci, Thom Browne and Moncler.
The total value of the violating goods in the inspection on May 8 was determined to be 173.65 million VND.
Through two inspections, functional agencies determined that business household D. Q. P had a total of 1,249 violating goods with a total value of 395.87 million VND", Market Management Team No. 14 informed.
Currently, Market Management Team No. 14 has completed the dossier to transfer to the investigating police agency for consideration and handling according to their authority.


During the same inspection, at Lotus Square Co., Ltd., headquartered at No. 13, TT4, My Dinh - Me Tri new urban area, functional forces discovered 146 products including shoes, socks and shirts of all kinds showing signs of counterfeiting Nike, Stussy and Moncler brands being protected in Vietnam.
The total value of the listed violating goods was determined to be 62.85 million VND. All of these goods have been temporarily seized to serve the verification and handling according to the provisions of law. The case is being further clarified.
