70 cadres of Military Region 5 receive decisions on transfer, appointment, promotion, and salary increase
On July 8, in Da Nang, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Military Region 5 held a Conference to announce and award decisions on personnel work in 2026 to 70 cadres of agencies and units in the armed forces of the Military Region.
Implementing the decisions of the Minister of National Defense, the Standing Committee of the Military Region Party Committee awarded decisions on transferring and appointing cadres; promoting the rank of Colonel-level officer; raising the salary of Senior Colonel-level officers for 70 cadres of agencies and units directly under the Military Region.
Military Region 4 awards decisions on personnel work in 2026
On the afternoon of July 6, Military Region 4 held a conference to announce and award decisions on personnel work in 2026.
At the conference, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the Military Region Command announced and awarded decisions of the Ministry of National Defense on personnel work. Accordingly, the position of Deputy Chief of Staff of Military Region 4 was reappointed for Major General Le Van Vy.

Colonel Vo Quang Thien - Political Commissar of Ha Tinh Provincial Military Command holds the position of Political Commissar of Thanh Hoa Provincial Military Command;
Colonel Pham Hung Thang - Chairman of the Economic Cooperation Corporation holds the position of Chairman cum General Director of the Economic Cooperation Corporation;
Colonel Vo Van Hiep - General Director of the Economic Cooperation Corporation holds the position of Deputy Head of Logistics - Technical of the Military Region.
On this occasion, Military Region 4 announced and awarded decisions to raise the rank of Senior Colonel for the 2nd time for 8 comrades; raise the rank of Senior Colonel for the 1st time for 34 comrades; promote the military rank from Senior Colonel to Senior Colonel for 15 comrades.
The total number of officers awarded the decision to be promoted to military rank and raise in salary to the rank of Colonel this time is 57 comrades from agencies and units in the armed forces of the Military Region.
