On the afternoon of September 12, YouTube channel Minh Giang - TV representative livestreamed a discussion about the lawsuit against Vingroup sent to the Los Angeles California High Court in the US to file a lawsuit with the Facebook account owner named Hien Nguyen (Yen Sao Yen Dan has 409,000 followers) who is a resident of Los Angeles, USA.
According to information from Vingroup's lawsuit released by YouTube channel Minh Giang, Hien Nguyen was accused of defamation and unfair competition. According to the lawsuit, she used her personal Facebook page to post false information, such as announcing that nearly 5,000 Vingroup employees simultaneously quit their jobs due to concerns about the safety of electric vehicles.

Vingroup believes that these posts not only damage reputation but are also used to attract viewers, making a profit from this person's bird's nest business.
The company is asking the court to order a ban on her from continuing this behavior and compensate for damages.
YouTube channel Minh Giang also emphasized that this is Vingroup's first lawsuit in the US, paving the way for similar legal actions in the future against those who spread rumors of damage on social networks.
In another move, immediately after receiving information about Vingroup's lawsuit reaching the California High Court in Los Angeles, account owner Hien Nguyen deleted all posted content about Vingroup.
Vingroup also confirmed that the lawsuit against Hien Nguyen's account had been submitted by the group since September 10, 2025.
