2 Lieutenant Generals and 1 Major General of the Army hold new positions

    The Prime Minister has just issued decisions to transfer and appoint 2 Lieutenant Generals and 1 Major General of the army to hold positions.

    On January 22, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh signed the Prime Minister's decisions appointing personnel to the Ministry of National Defense.

    In Decision No. 205/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister assigned and appointed Lieutenant General Tran Minh Duc, Director of the General Department of Engineering, Ministry of National Defense, to hold the position of Director of the General Department of Logistics and Engineering, Ministry of National Defense.

    In Decision No. 209/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister appointed Lieutenant General Do Van Thien, Political Commissar of the General Department of Logistics, Ministry of National Defense, to hold the position of Political Commissar of the General Department of Logistics and Engineering, Ministry of National Defense.

    In Decision No. 208/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister appointed Major General Luong Van Kiem, Deputy Commander of Military Region 3, Ministry of National Defense, to hold the position of Commander of Military Region 3, Ministry of National Defense.

    The above decisions take effect from the date of signing.
