On January 9, the Military Command of Phu Ly city (Ha Nam) held a conference to hand over the position of Commander of the City Military Command.

The conference heard the announcement of the decision of the Military Region 3 Command on Lieutenant Colonel La Thanh Nam - Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of the City Military Command - being transferred and appointed to the position of Commander of the Phu Ly City Military Command.
