On March 1, 2025, the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee announced that 6 cadres under the management of the Voluntary Committee had applied for early retirement according to Decree 178 of the Government.
Among these, there are 3 department directors, including: Mr. Doan Hong Vu - Director of the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs; Mr. Le Ba Hung - Director of the Department of Information and Communications; and Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong - Director of the Department of Tourism.
In addition, Ms. Pham Thi Hong Toan - Standing Deputy Secretary of Vinh City Party Committee; Ms. Phan Thi Hoan - full-time Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies; and Mr. Phan Xuan Sy - Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Cadre Health Care Protection Board have also submitted an application for early retirement.
Of these 6 cadres, 4 are members of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee, term XIX, 2020-2025, including: Mr. Doan Hong Vu, Mr. Le Ba Hung, Ms. Pham Thi Hong Toan and Ms. Phan Thi Hoan.
Speaking at the meeting with officials who asked to retire early, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Duc Trung expressed his deep gratitude and congratulated the officials who have excellently completed their tasks in each working position; made important contributions to the development of the province in recent years, and were recognized by the Party and the State with noble awards.
The Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee emphasized that 6 cadres voluntarily retired early, including those with working time of up to 4 years and 6 months, demonstrated a high sense of responsibility, actively contributing to the revolution of streamlining the province's organizational apparatus.
The proactive application of cadres for early retirement is to facilitate the process of rearranging and reorganizing the apparatus of agencies, contributing to promoting the development of Nghe An province in the coming time.
