The Hanoi City Police Electronic Information Portal on September 25 reported that, based on Circular No. 04 dated January 22, 2024 of the Ministry of Public Security regulating emulation and reward work of the People's Public Security force and the movement of the entire people to protect national security; Decision No. 7929 dated October 7, 2022 of the CATP promulgating the process of proposing and considering awarding emulation titles and forms of commendation in the CATP, the Hanoi City Police collected public opinions on the proposal to consider rewarding leaders and commanders with a long history of contributions in the People's Public Security force:

1. Lieutenant Colonel Pham Le Quang, former Deputy Head of the Department, External Affairs Department, Hanoi City.
2. Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Truong Son, former Deputy Head of the Department of Immigration Management, Hanoi City.
3. Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Thi Linh Chi, former Deputy Head of the Department of Immigration Management, Hanoi City.
4. Lieutenant Colonel Ngo Thi Huyen Tam, former Deputy Head of the Department of Immigration Management, Hanoi City.
5. Lieutenant Colonel Dang Quoc Vinh, former Deputy Warden, Detention Center No. 2, Hanoi City.
