Pursuant to Circular No. 04 dated January 22, 2024 of the Ministry of Public Security regulating emulation and reward work of the People's Public Security force and the movement of the entire people to protect national security; Decision No. 7929 dated October 7, 2022 of the City Police promulgating the Procedure for proposing and considering awarding emulation titles and forms of commendation in the City Police.
Hanoi City Police collect public opinions on the proposal to consider rewarding individuals with contributions to the People's Public Security force, specifically:
Proposing the President to award the Third Class Fatherland Protection Medal to 20 individuals, including:
