The course has the participation of 6,983 trainees from agencies, units and localities of the province. This is a large-scale training program, organized to meet the requirements of improving digital capacity for the staff in the context of digital transformation becoming a key task of the province and the whole country.
The training content covers the fields of state management, focusing on time for important, urgent topics and close to each job position.

The program is designed in a practical direction, in line with the requirements for improving digital capacity for cadres, civil servants, and public employees (CBCCVC) - from basic knowledge of digital transformation, skills in using digital devices, to information security, application of artificial intelligence in state management.
The form of learning combining theory and practice has helped students absorb knowledge quickly, easily applying it to practical work. Most students participate fully, seriously, actively discuss, practice, and all meet the requirements through the end-of-term test and assessment.
