Currently, there are 7 ministries, agencies and 12 localities that have not sent reports to organize the groundbreaking ceremony and inauguration to celebrate 50 years of liberation of the South.

According to the telegram, on 7.4, the Prime Minister had a telegram No. 33/CD -TTg on the organization of the groundbreaking ceremony and inauguration of the national key projects and projects and major works on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Southern Liberation Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025), unifying the country.

In Document No. 3184/VPCP -CN, the Prime Minister directed the Ministry of Construction - the standing agency to preside over and coordinate with Vietnam Television Station to organize the ceremony to organize the groundbreaking and inauguration ceremony online and at the same time on all three regions of the North - Central - South on the morning of April 19 (online to all works and projects).

According to reports of 9 ministries, ministerial -level agencies and 51 provinces and cities, the total number of projects, works registered to start construction, inauguration, technical traffic ... are 85 works and projects. Currently, there are 7 ministries, agencies and 12 localities that have not yet sent reports.

This is a particularly important event, requesting the Minister, heads of ministerial -level agencies, agencies attached to the Government, Chairman of People's Committees of provinces and cities directly under the Central Government, Chairman of the Members' Council, General Director of Groups and Corporations urgently continue to review and fully synthesize important works and projects, large works of the industry, agencies, units in charge of the prescribed conditions and in charge Art, Hop Long, groundbreaking ... to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South and the reunification of the country.

Reports sent to the Ministry of Construction before 16h on April 16; Report information on works and projects (names, types, scale, capital, total investment capital ...).

The Ministry of Construction shall assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with the Government Office, ministries and local branches to review projects and works to ensure the scale and conditions of the inauguration organization, construction, technical traffic, Hop Long, ... according to regulations; Completed and reported to the Prime Minister on April 16, 2025.

Relevant units proactively prepare all material and technical conditions, organize the groundbreaking ceremony, inauguration, technical traffic, dragon, ... The works and projects are in charge of the agency under the general scenario built by the Ministry of Construction, Vietnam Television Station, organized, ensuring solemn and economical.
