At the congress, on behalf of the Presidium, Ms. Dinh Thi Hong Minh - Deputy Secretary of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee approved Decision No. 2319-QDNS/TW of the Politburo on appointing to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.
Ms. Bui Thi Quynh Van, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, was appointed by the Politburo to hold the position of Secretary of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.
According to the decision of the Politburo, the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term consists of 68 people; the Standing Committee consists of 17 people; the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee consists of 5 people.
Specifically, 17 members of the Standing Committee of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee, including: Ms. Bui Thi Quynh Van, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr. U Huan, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.

Ms. Bui Thi Quynh Van, born in 1974; hometown Nghia Lo ward, Quang Ngai province; Kinh ethnic group; joined the Party in 1999.

From July 2010 to August 2020, Ms. Van held the positions of Provincial Youth Union Secretary, Tu Nghia District Party Committee Secretary; Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee and Secretary of Ly Son District Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee.
From August 2020 to June 2025, Ms. Van held the position of Secretary of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee for the 2015-2020 and 2020-2025 terms; and held the position of Chairman of the Provincial People's Council during this period.
On July 1, 2025, after merging Quang Ngai - Kon Tum into the new Quang Ngai province, Ms. Van was appointed by the Politburo to hold the position of Secretary of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee (new) for the 2020-2025 term.
On September 11, at the 1st Quang Ngai Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, Ms. Van was appointed by the Politburo to be Secretary of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee for the term 2025-2030.
