The Standing Committee of the National Assembly has just sent a report to National Assembly deputies on the questioning program at the ongoing 8th Session of the 15th National Assembly.
Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly said that the three groups of issues to be questioned at this session are banking, healthcare and information and communication.
Correspondingly, the three ministers and heads of sectors responsible for answering will be Governor of the State Bank Nguyen Thi Hong, Minister of Health Dao Hong Lan, and Minister of Information and Communications Nguyen Manh Hung.
State Bank Governor Nguyen Thi Hong will be the first to answer questions.
The questioning session will begin on the morning of November 11 and last for two days.

Issues raised in the banking sector include: the management of monetary policy to control inflation in the context of a volatile world economic situation.
Along with that is the state management of the gold market, foreign exchange market and the work of supporting loans and exempting and reducing interest rates for people and businesses to restore production and business after the COVID-19 pandemic and natural disasters.
In addition to State Bank Governor Nguyen Thi Hong, Deputy Prime Minister Ho Duc Phoc, Ministers of Planning and Investment, Finance, Industry and Trade, Agriculture and Rural Development also participated in answering questions and explaining related issues.
Minister of Health Dao Hong Lan will appear for questioning on the afternoon of November 11.
The issues that delegates will question the Minister of Health include: the mobilization and arrangement of medical forces, ensuring medicine and medical supplies for people, and disease prevention and control after natural disasters.
Current status of management of functional foods, pharmaceutical cosmetics and solutions to handle violations. Prevention of harmful effects of tobacco and stimulants, especially in school environment.
Participating in answering questions on related issues in this group of issues are Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long, Ministers of the Ministries of Planning and Investment, Finance, Industry and Trade, Education and Training, Public Security, and National Defense.

Minister of Information and Communications Nguyen Manh Hung will begin answering questions on a group of issues related to the field of information and communications from 9:05 a.m. on November 12.
The issues that will be questioned by National Assembly deputies to Minister Nguyen Manh Hung include: Solutions to improve the quality of press activities in the current period of social media explosion, especially the role of revolutionary press in promoting socio-economic development.
Management of advertising activities in newspapers and online environments. Investment, development and improvement of telecommunications infrastructure quality, especially in remote areas and ethnic minority areas.
Participating in answering questions on related issues in the group of information and communication issues were Deputy Prime Minister of the Government Ho Duc Phoc, Ministers of the Ministries of Planning and Investment, Finance, Agriculture and Rural Development, Culture, Sports and Tourism, Science and Technology, Public Security; Chairman of the Ethnic Committee.
The Prime Minister or the authorized Deputy Prime Minister will begin reporting to clarify issues related to the groups of questions from 3:10 p.m. on November 12, then directly answer questions from National Assembly deputies for about 45 minutes, from 3:50 p.m. to 4:35 p.m.
