Head of the Organizing Committee of Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee Phung Duc Chien announced the Decisions of the Provincial Party Executive Committee on the arrangement of organizational structure and personnel work.
The leaders of Bac Ninh province presented the Decisions of the Provincial Party Executive Committee on ending the activities of the Provincial People's Council Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee; ending the activities of the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises; ending the activities of the Provincial Fatherland Front Party Committee, the Provincial Labor Federation, the Provincial Women's Union, the Provincial Farmers' Association, the Provincial Veterans' Association; ending the activities of the Provincial People's Procuracy Party Committee and the Provincial People's Court.
At the same time, the Decision of the Executive Committee of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee was announced to establish 2 Party Committees under the Provincial Party Committee, including: The Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies for the 2020-2025 term, with 24 Party Committees, grassroots Party cells, 640 Party members and the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2020-2025 term, including 45 Party Committees, grassroots Party cells with 5,027 Party members.
Appoint Ms. Nguyen Huong Giang, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Party Agencies of Bac Ninh province.
Appoint Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee.
Speaking at the Conference, Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Anh Tuan emphasized: The Provincial Party Committee's announcement of the Decisions on the arrangement of the organizational apparatus and personnel work on the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the Party's founding is of utmost importance.
Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan affirmed that the announcement of these decisions has been in accordance with the direction of General Secretary To Lam as well as the Central Steering Committee on summarizing Resolution 18 in the spirit of "what is clear must be implemented immediately, the province does not wait for the Central Government, the district level does not wait for the province".
The Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee requested to soon amend the Regulations of the Provincial Party Committee on changing units under the Provincial Party Committee, the mechanism of coordination with agencies; Issue the Regulations on the operations of the two Party Committees: Provincial Party Agencies and the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee.
Hand over documents, books, people, assets, facilities, etc. so that on February 15, the two Party Committees can operate smoothly, without any gaps in work during the operation process.
