At the Conference of the Executive Committee of Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee, the members voted to elected Major General Vu Hong Quang - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Provincial Police Department - and Mr. Le Hai Hoa - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of Cao Bang City Party Committee - as Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee for the term 2020–2025. Mr. Le Hai Hoa was also introduced to the provincial People's Council to elect the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
Speaking at the Conference, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Minh Cuong, acknowledged the sense of responsibility and initiative of the comrade Trieu Dinh Le - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Permanent Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council and Hoang Xuan Anh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - when writing the retirement application before the age of 1-6, creating favorable conditions for the next term personnel work.
The election of two additional Deputy Secretaries of the Provincial Party Committee is carried out in accordance with the direction document of the Secretariat. As a result, both comrades Vu Hong Quang and Le Hai Hoa received 39/39 votes, reaching a rate of 90.69% (out of a total of 43 members, 4 comrades were absent for a reason).
The conference also announced decisions to assign executive staff during the personnel improvement period:
Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Ngoc - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - temporarily manages the activities of the Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee from June 1.
Mr. Nguyen Trung Thao - Member of the Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee - concurrently holds the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies, in charge of management from June 1.
Mr. Nong Thanh Tung - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council - was assigned to run the activities of the Provincial People's Council from June 1.
