According to the Decision of the Secretariat, Mr. Pham Van Thep - Member of the City Party Committee, Head of the Mass Mobilization Committee of Hai Phong City Party Committee - was approved to join the Standing Committee of Hai Phong City Party Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term.
Previously, in July 2024, the Standing Committee of the Hai Phong City Party Committee transferred and assigned Mr. Pham Van Thep - Member of the City Party Committee, Secretary of the Thuy Nguyen District Party Committee - to stop participating in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, stop holding the position of Secretary of the Thuy Nguyen District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term and appointed him to hold the position of Head of the Hai Phong City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee.
