At the conference, representatives of departments and branches of Phu Tho province presented plans to support travel and accommodation costs; arrange public housing for cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers; build bus routes to pick up and drop off cadres from Vinh Phuc and Hoa Binh to work in Phu Tho and report on the ability to balance the budget and mobilize resources for implementation.
Appreciating the efforts of departments and branches in preparing for the merger of the three provinces of Phu Tho, Vinh Phuc and Hoa Binh, Chairman of Vinh Phuc Provincial People's Committee Tran Duy Dong requested the Phu Tho Department of Construction to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Construction of Vinh Phuc and Hoa Binh to synthesize the daily travel needs of the team of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers from Vinh Phuc and Hoa Binh to Phu Tho, to be completed before June 26.
In case the number of travel registrations for each route exceeds 40 people, it is necessary to develop a plan to rent a car for daily pick-up and drop-off; in the long term, it is recommended to study a plan to support travel costs in salary.

Along with that, review social housing projects to prioritize sales to cadres, civil servants, and public employees, and submit them to the Provincial People's Committee before July 15. The Phu Tho Department of Finance shall make an advance payment of the budget to facilitate the implementation of car rental if there is a real need; preside over the drafting of a Resolution on supporting travel and accommodation costs; urgently complete the plan to support travel and accommodation costs to seek opinions from the Steering Committee for the merger of the three provinces.
Based on the synthesis from departments and branches on June 25, the Phu Tho People's Committee Office will develop a plan to arrange travel, workplaces and accommodation at the Phu Tho Provincial Guest House for staff in order of priority. The Phu Tho Department of Home Affairs is responsible for synthesizing the contents and plans agreed upon at the conference and sending them to the Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee as soon as possible.
