Mr. Tran Duy Dong assigned Vice Chairman of Vinh Phuc Provincial People's Committee Phung Thi Kim Nga to direct the development of a solution to the incident, and report to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee before June 25.
The Department of Agriculture and Environment, Tam Duong District and related agencies and units must enhance their sense of responsibility in handling the incident. During the implementation process, if difficulties or problems arise, immediately report to competent authorities for timely resolution, ensuring completion on schedule.
Regarding the case of Mr. Le Minh Tam, in Tam Son town, representing a number of households that have been granted land use right certificates but have not been allocated land, the Chairman of Vinh Phuc Provincial People's Committee requested Song Lo district to resolutely handle the allocation of land to people at the new location, reporting before August 30.
After listening to reports from departments, branches and localities on the progress of handling the pending cases, Mr. Tran Duy Dong oriented to direct the resolution of each specific case.
At the same time, he requested relevant levels and sectors, especially leaders, to enhance their sense of responsibility and focus on resolving cases according to the progress assigned by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee. Do not let complaints and denunciations beyond the level continue, especially complicated cases related to land, contributing to ensuring security and order in the area, bringing confidence to the people.
In addition, the Chairman of Vinh Phuc Provincial People's Committee requested that authorities at all levels need to stick close to the grassroots, strengthen state management of land during the time of restructuring and streamlining the apparatus.
