According to Decision No. 1736-QD/TU dated February 21, 2025, the Standing Committee of the Hai Phong City Party Committee approved the position of Deputy Secretary of the An Duong District Party Committee, term 2020-2025 for Mr. Luong The Quy, member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the An Duong District People's Committee. The decision takes effect from the date of signing.
Also on the morning of February 24, at the 2nd Session (Special Session) of the 1st An Duong District People's Council, delegates voted to dismiss Ms. Tran Thi Bich Ngoc from the position of Chairman of the 1st District People's Council due to early retirement from February 20, 2025; dismissal of Mr. Luong The Quy from the position of Vice Chairman of the An Duong District People's Committee, term 1 2021-2026, due to job transfer.
The District People's Council also voted to pass the Resolution on confirming the election results for the position of Chairman of the District People's Council, term 1, 2021-2026 for Mr. Luong The Quy, Deputy Secretary of the An Duong District Party Committee; confirming the election results for the position of Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee, term 1, 2021-2026 for Mr. Vu Duc Thuy, Standing Committee Member of the An Duong District Party Committee.
