34 plots of land have a total area of 4,202m2, of which 32 plots have the same area of 117.5m2, the remaining 2 plots have an area of 196m2 and 246m2. The starting price of the lots ranges from over 3.1 billion VND to 6.6 billion VND, the total starting value of the auctioned lots is over 117.6 billion VND, the total deposit is over 23.5 billion VND.
The purpose of the auction is to allocate land for housing, with land use fees collected. The auction method is for each lot, the auction method is for indirect voting. The auction will be held at 8:30 a.m. on March 17 at the hall of the People's Committee of Ngoc Xuyen Ward, Do Son. The time to receive documents is from now until March 12, 2025.
