The report at the conference showed that the socio-economic development situation in the first 6 months of the year continued to maintain positive growth momentum, standing out in a number of key economic sectors. In particular, the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses was completed ahead of schedule; the programs to support people are profoundly humane.
Regarding the direction and tasks for the last 6 months of the year, the Provincial Party Committee requested to continue perfecting the political system according to the 2-level model to ensure smooth, effective and efficient operation. At the same time, focus on mobilizing and effectively using investment resources for synchronous infrastructure development; promoting regional, marine and urban linkages and building new rural areas; restructuring the economy associated with private economic development, science and technology, innovation and digital transformation with the determination to achieve the growth target of 8.5% or more.
