On June 25, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ca Mau province officially decided to establish a Group to receive, guide, and answer difficulties, problems, and recommendations from units and localities in implementing the 2-level local government model in Ca Mau province.
The group consists of 31 members, Ms. Le Thi Kim Chung - Deputy Chief of the Provincial People's Committee Office - as the Head of the Group. The Group for Receiving and Resolving Difficulties and problems of Ca Mau province is responsible for receiving, guiding, resolving difficulties and problems, proposals and recommendations from agencies, units and localities in implementing and implementing the 2-level local government model in the province.
All difficulties and problems, proposals and recommendations of units and localities must be guided and answered on the day of receipt. For complex contents beyond their authority, members will report directly to the Team Leader to make recommendations and propose to competent authorities for consideration and handling.
The Chairman of Ca Mau also requested provincial departments, branches, sectors, relevant agencies and units to coordinate in providing information and documents to serve the implementation of assigned tasks. Advising competent authorities on solutions and initiatives to contribute to the effective implementation of the two-level local government model in the province.
Regularly at 5:00 p.m. every day, report the results of performing tasks to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee. The Head and Deputy Head of the Receiving and Resolving Group of the province's difficulties and problems are allowed to use the seal of their agency to perform assigned tasks and powers. Perform other tasks assigned by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
Units and localities with difficulties and problems and recommendations in implementing the 2-level local government model should directly contact members of the Reception and Resolution Team to resolve difficulties and problems of the province (in accordance with their assigned fields) for guidance and answers. In case, after 1 day from the date of contact, the difficulties, problems, and recommendations have not been guided and answered, the unit or locality shall directly report to the Team Leader to report to the competent authority for handling according to regulations.
