Second and also the core factor, the Center focuses on gradually improving the quality of the information technology system, ensuring smooth and safe operation.

The strong application of information technology is expected to help speed up the process of processing and looking up records, while enhancing transparency, minimizing errors and expanding information access for people through online channels.

Meanwhile, in Dat Mui commune - the southernmost locality of the Fatherland - the new administrative apparatus has quickly come into stable operation. With a larger workload, thanks to the application of information technology, the management software system has helped receive and process people's records more quickly and conveniently.

The commune has resolved this issue, so it does not take time or money to transport people. It only takes 5 - 7 days to get to the province, and a few days later, the people will have to pay a lot of money.

Interestedly guiding people in the early days of operating the new apparatus, Mr. Ly Hoang Ca - Specialist of the Dat Mui Commune Public Administration Service Center - shared that the application of information technology will facilitate people to limit travel and can submit documents at home. Local authorities also ease the pressure because the staff and leaders of the People's Committee will handle it online.

Mr. Cao Van Phu - Chairman of Dat Mui Commune People's Committee - informed that the locality will improve the organizational apparatus, enhance the responsibility of cadres and civil servants, ensure work progress; continue to reform administrative procedures, apply advanced information technology to serve people better and better.
