On May 16, Ha Giang Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce the decision of the Ministry of Public Security on personnel work. Accordingly, Mr. Luc The Hung - Secretary of the Bac Quang District Party Committee, was accepted and appointed to the position of Deputy Director of the Ha Giang Provincial Police and promoted to the rank of Colonel.
Presenting the decision and presenting congratulatory flowers, Colonel Nguyen Duc Thuan - Director of Ha Giang Provincial Police - affirmed that this is the concern and trust of the Central Party Committee of Public Security, the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security and local Party committees and authorities.
Colonel Thuan expressed his confidence that Colonel Luc The Hung will promote his capacity and sense of responsibility, together with the Board of Directors and leaders of the Provincial Police force, to successfully complete the task of ensuring security and order, building an increasingly disciplined, elite and modern force.
Speaking at the ceremony to accept the assignment, Colonel Luc The Hung expressed his honor to return to work in the People's Public Security force. At the same time, he pledged to strive to train and maintain the qualities of a police officer.
Earlier, at the end of December 2024, the Standing Committee of Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee mobilized and appointed Colonel Luc The Hung - Deputy Director of the Provincial Public Security to participate in the Executive Committee of the District Party Committee and held the position of Secretary of Bac Quang District Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025.
