Ms. Le Thi Hoai Chung (born in 1973) has a doctorate degree and advanced political theory; she has worked for a long time in the health sector, holding the positions of Deputy Director of the Department of Health and Head of the Department of Population - Family Planning, then Deputy Head of the Propaganda Department of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, Principal of the Provincial Political School.
Previously, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Hoa - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Director of the Department of Health was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Head of the Propaganda Department of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee.
