On June 29, at the headquarters of the Mobile Police Command (CSCĐ), a ceremony was held to announce the decisions of the Minister of Public Security on personnel work, including the decision on personnel assignment and the decision on promotion and salary increase.
Attending the ceremony were Lieutenant General Nguyen Ngoc Van - Commander of the Mobile Police and comrades in the Party Committee, leaders of the Mobile Police Command and representatives of leaders of subordinate units.
Authorized by the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, the Mobile Police Command has announced the decision of the Minister of Public Security on the assignment of Colonel Vu Cao Son - Deputy Commander of Mobile Police to work at the Ministry of Finance from July 1, 2026.
Speaking at the ceremony, Lieutenant General Nguyen Ngoc Van said that the fact that the Standing Committee of the Central Public Security Party Committee and leaders of the Ministry of Public Security trusted and transferred Colonel Vu Cao Son to work at the Ministry of Finance is a recognition of the process of striving, training, leadership and command capacity, political qualities and practical experience of the comrade throughout the working process.
According to Lieutenant General Nguyen Ngoc Van, in the context that the Finance sector is promoting administrative reform, digital transformation, and perfecting institutions and legal systems, the requirements for the contingent of cadres are increasingly high. Therefore, Colonel Vu Cao Son needs to continue to study, improve professional qualifications, promote the spirit of responsibility, innovation, and creativity to meet the requirements of tasks in the new position, and successfully complete assigned tasks.
The Commander of the Mobile Police emphasized that being mobilized and assigned is not only an honor for Colonel Vu Cao Son personally but also a responsibility to the Party and the State.
In the new position, comrade needs to continue to promote bravery, intelligence, practical experience, preserve the qualities of a People's Police officer, quickly approach work, and successfully complete assigned tasks, contributing to strengthening the effectiveness of coordination between the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of Finance," Lieutenant General Nguyen Ngoc Van emphasized.
According to the Commander of the Mobile Police, the mobilization and assignment of cadres also shows the concern of the Central Public Security Party Committee and leaders of the Ministry of Public Security for the work of building a contingent of cadres; and at the same time affirms the policy of mobilizing and assigning cadres to promote the capacity and strengths of cadres, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new development stage.
