The Mobile Police Command (Ministry of Public Security) has just announced the need to recruit 50 citizen (female) quotas to serve in the force, the time to receive applications is until 4:30 PM on March 3, 2026 (during office hours).
According to the announcement, the subjects of selection are Vietnamese citizens with good qualities and moral character, with Primary level or higher for sports; security, defense, information technology, health... or citizens with martial arts, shooting, sports... talents (priority is given to citizens who won first, second, third prizes at provincial and city-level competitions or higher) and are officials, civil servants, public employees working in Ministries and sectors at the Central and local levels, or officers, professional soldiers serving in the Vietnam People's Army, people receiving salaries in the people's armed forces.
The Mobile Police Command prioritizes receiving dossiers for citizens under 23 years old, height from 1m62 or more, who are not married; who have completed their obligations to participate in the People's Police at the Mobile Police Command.
Recruits will be assigned to work in special task police teams under the Mobile Police Command. Selected citizens must commit to performing special task police duties for at least 8 years before being considered for training or job transfer.
Candidates must ensure meeting the health standards and political standards for recruitment into the People's Police according to the regulations of the Ministry of Public Security.
The application dossier includes a voluntary application for service in the People's Police, assignment to work in special task police teams under the Mobile Police Command, including a commitment to perform special task police duties for at least 8 years before being considered for training or job transfer (written by hand);
Self-declared resume according to the common form of the Ministry of Public Security (no confirmation from the People's Committee of the commune, ward, town where you reside); certified copy of birth certificate; certified copy of diploma, training certificate in accordance with the selection target and certified transcript of full course academic results (if any).
In case diplomas, certificates, and transcripts issued by foreign training institutions must be translated into Vietnamese (certified) and have a corresponding recognition document from a competent authority under the Ministry of Education and Training in accordance with the law.
For citizens with martial arts, shooting, physical education, and sports talents, dossiers need to supplement a certified copy of the Certificate of Merit from the Organizing Committee of the tournament.
Copies (verified) confirming priority subjects belonging to group 1, group 3 (foreign language certificates), group 4 (counted as 2 priority points), including: Citizens who are biological children of wounded soldiers, sick soldiers of the People's Police; police officers and workers who have continuously worked in the Police sector for 15 years or more; citizens who are biological children of wounded soldiers, sick soldiers, people entitled to policies like wounded soldiers, people infected with chemical toxins in war, Heroes of the Armed Forces, Labor Heroes;
Group 5 (counted 1 priority point), including: Citizens who are ethnic minorities or other citizens who have resided for 10 consecutive years or more in mountainous areas, highlands, remote areas, border areas, islands, areas with particularly difficult socio-economic conditions.
Certificate of Union Member, Party Member (if any); Health certificate issued by the hospital within 30 days, up to the date of application submission according to regulations; Photo 4cm x 6cm (4 color photos taken in 6 months up to the date of application submission).
Candidates can submit applications directly at the Personnel Organization Department, Mobile Police Command (No. 88 Xuan Phuong Street, Xuan Phuong Ward, Hanoi City) or at the barracks of all units under the Mobile Police Command.
