On December 30, 2024, Ba Ria - Vung Tau Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce the decision of the Minister of Public Security and the Director of the Provincial Police on the organization of Long Dat District Police officers and commune-level police in the province.
At the ceremony, the Provincial Police informed that the Ministry of Public Security had decided to establish Long Dat District Police on the basis of merging Long Dien and Dat Do District Police.
Regarding personnel work, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Quyen (48 years old, Chief of Dat Do District Police) was appointed to the position of Chief of Long Dat District Police.
At the ceremony, Ba Ria - Vung Tau Provincial Police also announced decisions on improving the work of cadres at the commune-level police (Phuoc Trung Ward Police, Ba Ria City and Kim Long Town Police, Chau Duc District).
Also last week, on December 31, 2024, Quang Ngai Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce the decisions of the Provincial Police Director on personnel work.
Accordingly, Lieutenant Colonel Tran Minh Hai - Deputy Head of the Organization and Personnel Department of Quang Ngai Provincial Police, was appointed Head of the Department of Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention;
Lieutenant Colonel Vu Thanh Giang - Deputy Head of Traffic Police Department, was appointed Head of Traffic Police Department;
Lieutenant Colonel Bui Son - Deputy Head of the Criminal Enforcement and Judicial Support Police Department, was appointed as Head of the Department;
Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Xuan Dung - Deputy Warden of Quang Ngai Provincial Police Detention Camp, was appointed Warden;
Lieutenant Colonel Le Huu Nhan - Deputy Chief of Staff, was appointed Head of Logistics Department;

Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Anh Tuan - Chief of Quang Ngai City Police, was transferred to hold the position of Chief Inspector of Quang Ngai Provincial Police;
Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Thanh Long - Chief of Nghia Hanh District Police, was transferred to hold the position of Chief of Quang Ngai City Police;
Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Thanh - Head of Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention Department, was transferred to hold the position of Head of Nghia Hanh District Police;
Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Thi Kim Phuong - Head of the Provincial Police Party Committee's Inspection Commission, was transferred to hold the position of Head of the Immigration Management Department;
Lieutenant Colonel Tran Minh Hung - Head of Internal Political Security Department, was transferred to hold the position of Head of the Inspection Committee of the Provincial Police Party Committee;
Lieutenant Colonel Tran Thanh Tung - Chief of Binh Son District Police, was transferred to hold the position of Head of Internal Political Security Department;
Lieutenant Colonel Pham Minh Tho - Head of the Drug Crime Investigation Department, was transferred to hold the position of Chief of Binh Son District Police;
Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Tuong - Chief of Son Ha District Police, was transferred to hold the position of Chief of the Drug Crime Investigation Department of the provincial police;
Lieutenant Colonel Huynh Khac Dung - Chief of Son Tay District Police, was transferred to hold the position of Chief of Son Ha District Police;
Also at the ceremony, Colonel Phan Cong Binh - Director of Quang Ngai Provincial Police Department presented 8 decisions to department heads and district police chiefs who have retired.
Colonel Phan Cong Binh hopes that in their new positions, the appointed and transferred officers will continue to perform well their assigned tasks, contributing to building a truly clean, strong, disciplined, elite, and modern Quang Ngai Provincial Police force, meeting the requirements of the tasks in the new situation.
