During the week, the Standing Committee and the Party Committee of the advisory and assisting agencies of the National Assembly Party Committee held a Conference to announce the Decisions of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly Party Committee on appointing Party Secretaries of the advisory and assisting agencies of the National Assembly Party Committee for the term 2025 - 2030; establishing the National Assembly Party Committee Agency under the National Assembly Party Committee; assigning Heads of the National Assembly Party Committee Agency.
According to Decision No. 71-QDNS/DUQH, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly Party Committee decided to appoint Mr. Phung Khanh Tai - Deputy Secretary in charge of the National Assembly Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of advisory and assisting agencies of the National Assembly Party Committee to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of advisory and assisting agencies of the National Assembly Party Committee for the term 2025 - 2030.
According to Decision No. 84-QD/DUQH, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly Party Committee decided to establish the National Assembly Party Committee Agency under the National Assembly Party Committee.
According to the decision, the Party Committee of the National Assembly directly manages the administration, coordinates the activities of specialized agencies advising and assisting the Party Committee of the National Assembly; implements the process of planning, appointing, introducing candidate cadres, training, fostering, evaluating, ranking, emulation, commendation, discipline; is allowed to use funds and seals of the Party Committee of the National Assembly in operation.
According to Decision No. 85-QD/DUQH, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly Party Committee has assigned Mr. Phung Khanh Tai - Deputy Secretary in charge of the National Assembly Party Committee, Secretary of Party Committees of agencies in charge of advising and assisting the National Assembly Party Committee as Head of the National Assembly Party Committee Agency.
Also last week, the National Assembly's Committee for Culture and Society also announced and awarded the Decision to appoint Deputy Director of the Department of Culture and Society.
Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Culture and Social Affairs Lam Van Doan awarded Decision No. 14/QD-UBVHXH16 of the Committee for Culture and Social Affairs, appointing Mr. Hoang Van Loi - senior expert of the Department of Culture and Social Affairs, to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Culture and Social Affairs, under the Committee for Culture and Social Affairs, from June 10, 2026. The term of appointment is 5 years.
Deputy Chairman Lam Van Doan wished that, in his new position, Mr. Hoang Van Loi would continue to strive, promote his ability, and make effective contributions to the development of the Department of Culture and Social Affairs, the Committee for Culture and Social Affairs.
New Deputy Director Hoang Van Loi affirmed that this is both a great honor and a heavy responsibility and promised to continue to make every effort to be worthy of that trust.
