At the ceremony, the representative of the Department of Organization and Personnel announced the Decision of the Minister of Public Security on the transfer of Colonel Ho Song An - Director of Dak Nong Provincial Police to take up the job and hold the position of Director of Quang Ngai Provincial Police.
Notably, the Department of Organization and Personnel also announced the Decision of the Minister of Public Security on the transfer of Colonel Hoang Anh Tuan - Deputy Director of Quang Ngai Provincial Police to work and hold the position of Deputy Director of the People's Police Academy.

Colonel Le Quang Nhan was transferred to the position of Director of Binh Dinh Provincial Police to replace Colonel Vo Duc Nguyen, who has retired and enjoyed a pension since June 1, 2025.
Colonel Le Quang Nhan has held the position of Director of Binh Thuan Provincial Police since March 2023.
